This Privacy Policy describes how Fixiigo ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Fixiigo mobile applications — the Fixiigo customer app and the FixiigoPartner worker app (together, "the Apps").

- **Profile picture** — optional photo you upload.
- **Address** — service locations you save in the app.

- **Business name and description**
- **Work experience** and **service categories**
- **Identity documents** — document type, front and back images (for account verification)
### c. Information We Collect Automatically
- **Location** — your device's GPS coordinates to match you with nearby workers or customers. Location is accessed only when the app is in use.
- **Device token (FCM token)** — to send push notifications about service requests, invitations, and status updates.
- **Device type** — Android or iOS, used with your notification token.
- **Usage data** — how you interact with the app (screens visited, actions taken) to improve the service.

We do **not** sell your personal information.
We share your information only in these situations:
- **Between customers and workers:** When a worker accepts a service request, the customer's **name and phone number** are shared with that worker so they can coordinate the job. The customer's location (address) is also shared.
- **Service providers:** We may use third-party services (Firebase, Pusher) to deliver notifications and real-time updates. These providers access data only to perform services for us.
- **Legal requirements:** We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users.

## 4. Location Data
Location is central to how Fixiigo works. We use your location to:
- Find workers near a customer's service address
- Allow workers to navigate to job sites
We access location only while you are actively using the app. We do not track your location in the background.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
