Welcome to Fixiigo ("App", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). Fixiigo provides a digital marketplace connecting users seeking service providers, property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you access or use our mobile application and related services. By using Fixiigo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

- Personal Information: Phone number, OTP verification details, first name, last name, profile photos, and account credentials.

- Location Data: Real-time GPS location or search address to locate nearby service workers, properties, and provide location-based search results.

- Service Request & Property Data: Descriptions, uploaded images/photos, property details, budget ranges, and job location information.

- Device & Technical Information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, and app performance logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

- To authenticate users via phone OTP and maintain user accounts.

- To connect service seekers with independent service workers.

- To list properties for rent, sale, or purchase and display location pinpoints.

- To facilitate in-app communication, contact unlocking, and service fulfillment.

- To enforce our Terms & Conditions and maintain platform security.

- To process coin purchases and subscription plans.

3. Independent Third-Party Workers & Property Listings Disclaimer

A. Independent Worker Misbehavior & Conduct Disclaimer

Fixiigo operates strictly as an intermediary digital marketplace platform. We do not employ, supervise, direct, or control independent service workers (such as cleaners, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, or manual laborers).

Fixiigo is NOT responsible or liable for any worker's behavior, misbehavior, misconduct, verbal or physical abuse, negligence, theft, property damage, delayed service, or substandard quality of work.

All service engagements, interactions, safety precautions, payments, and work quality negotiations occur directly between the user and the independent worker.

B. Property Owner, Fake Documents & Fraud Disclaimer

Property listings, images, prices, descriptions, and ownership claims are uploaded directly by independent users, property owners, or real estate agents.

Fixiigo does NOT verify land titles, legal ownership, government documents, survey numbers, property authenticity, or encumbrance certificates.

Fixiigo is NOT responsible or liable for any fraudulent property listings, fake documents, false property information, owner/agent fraud, or financial loss incurred by users.

Users, buyers, and tenants are solely responsible for conducting independent physical inspections and legal verification of property documents before entering into any transaction or paying any deposit.

4. User-Uploaded Content & Photo Compression

When you upload photos for profile pictures, worker service requests, or property listings, our application compresses images to ensure optimized performance.

You are solely responsible for all images, media, text, and details you upload. You agree not to upload fraudulent, copyrighted, illegal, defamatory, or unauthorized images. Fixiigo disclaims all liability for user-uploaded media.

5. Strict No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on Fixiigo—including coin packages, contact unlock fees, subscription plans, and listing fees—are 100% FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued for unused coins, expired subscriptions, cancelled service requests, or unresponsive workers/property owners.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose your information under the following limited circumstances:

- Between Users & Workers / Property Owners: When a service request is accepted or contact information is unlocked, relevant contact details (such as phone number and address) are shared to facilitate the transaction.

- Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders or law enforcement).

- Service Providers: Third-party vendor services (such as OTP SMS gateways, Firebase backend services, and map geocoding providers) operating under strict data protection duties.

7. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You use the platform at your own risk.

8. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. You can request account deletion directly from the Settings > Delete Account section inside the Fixiigo mobile application. Upon deletion, your personal profile data will be permanently removed from our active database in compliance with applicable laws.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
