These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fixiigo mobile applications — the Fixiigo customer app and the FixiigoPartner worker app (together, "the Apps") operated by Fixiigo ("we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

## 1. About Fixiigo
Fixiigo is a platform that connects customers who need home services (plumbing, electrical, cleaning, repairs, etc.) with verified local service workers. We act as a marketplace and are not directly responsible for the quality or outcome of services provided by workers.

## 2. Eligibility
- You must be at least **18 years old** to use the Apps.
- You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account.
- Workers must complete profile setup and receive **admin approval** before accepting service requests.

## 3. Account Registration
- Accounts are created using your **phone number and OTP verification**. No password is required.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your OTP with anyone.
- You may only create **one account** per phone number.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

## 4. For Customers
### a. Creating Service Requests
- You can create a service request by selecting a service category, providing your address, describing the problem, and optionally uploading photos.
- Once submitted, your request is sent to nearby verified workers.
### b. Inviting Workers
- You can invite specific workers to your request. Workers may accept or decline.
- You can cancel invitations or the entire request while it is still pending.
### c. OTP Verification
- When a worker accepts your request, a **4-digit OTP** is generated and shown in your app.
- You must share this OTP with the worker only **after the job is completed** to your satisfaction. Sharing the OTP confirms job completion and cannot be undone.
### d. Reviews
- After a job is completed, you can leave a rating and comment for the worker.
- Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience. Fake or abusive reviews are prohibited.
### e. Coins
- Certain features may require Fixiigo coins. Coin purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

## 5. For Workers (FixiigoPartner)
### a. Account Approval
- After registration, your profile and documents are reviewed by our team. This typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
- You will be notified once your account is approved and you can start receiving service requests.
- We reserve the right to reject or revoke approval at our discretion.
### b. Accepting Service Requests
- When you receive an invitation, you can accept or decline it.
- You may only have **one active job at a time**. Accept a new invitation only after completing your current job.
- By accepting a request, you commit to contacting the customer promptly and completing the service professionally.
### c. Completing a Job
- A job is marked complete when you enter the **4-digit OTP** provided by the customer.
- Only collect the OTP after the customer is satisfied with the work.
- Do not ask for the OTP before completing the job.
### d. Your Conduct
- You must behave professionally and respectfully with all customers.
- You are an independent service provider, not an employee of Fixiigo.
- You are responsible for the quality of work you deliver, your tools, and your own safety.

## 6. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited for all users:
- Providing false information during registration
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Attempting to conduct transactions outside the Fixiigo platform to avoid platform fees
- Submitting fake reviews or ratings
- Sharing your account with another person
- Using the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform or its systems
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

## 7. Platform Role and Liability
- Fixiigo is a **technology platform** that facilitates connections between customers and workers. We do not provide home services directly.
- We do not guarantee the availability of workers, the quality of any service, or a specific outcome.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from services performed by workers through the platform.
- Customers and workers agree to resolve disputes between themselves. Fixiigo may assist in dispute resolution at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.

## 8. Privacy
Your use of the Apps is also governed by our **Privacy Policy**, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please read it carefully.

## 9. Intellectual Property
All content in the Apps — including logos, design, text, and code — is owned by Fixiigo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Apps without our written permission.

## 10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
